"Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet was unacceptable. We had to contact reception and request that someone be sent to clean the facilities. Additionally, the quality of the food was very poor, with extremely limited options. During the entire duration of our stay, we did not have a single meal that was enjoyable. On a positive note, the staff were very polite and kind, and we appreciated their attitude and professionalism. "

"PROS - The Hotel looks great from the outside CONS - 1. I first pulled up to the gate. The gate guard looks at me then walks away. I honk the horn then he comes to the car and tells me on site parking is for hotel employees only. I would have to find parking. 2. I checked in with a friend. Instead of giving us the keys they give the keys to the hotel rep who is supposed to take us to our rooms. "We had a very nice stay at the Otel Berg, and owner and family and manager all made us very welcome and were so friendly. I knocked a star off for cleanliness just because toothbrush holder in bathroom was very dirty at the bottom and there was a used razor in our bathroom.
