"I think it's comfortable, clean, and in a good location. I think check-in could be better, currently it's only between 4-6pm which is super difficult but the proprietor accomodated me at 2:30pm. The room was clean but the shower head was broken and the bed was ok."

"The shower did not for 3 days and the property refused to fix or accommodate a room change. We also expected a self catering accommodation however we only had a microwave. Trying to reach out to the property is near enough impossible as they do not answer the phone and the customer service is awful as we were promised a full refund and are still waiting on the property to get in contact with Expedia. "This is our fourth time staying at this property and we really enjoy it. It’s outside of Brussels but the hotel is always clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly. It has games in lobby for our four year old son that he loves. Free parking and very good breakfast! The Air Conditioning works great, even in warmer months. Hope to stay here again in the future. "
