Apartment block "Kivu", built in 1950. In the district of Torre la Sal, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. In the house: lift. Public parking on the road. Shop 800 m, grocery 50 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant, bar, café 50 m, bus stop 750 m, railway station 3.6 km, sandy beach "Amplaries" 50 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The Kivu Building was built in 1950 and was one of the first building in the area. It was abandoned during a few years and the owners are working on renovating it step by step. Although the apartment has been fully renovated in 2018, from outside you could find the installations dilapidated.
