The reservation confirmation process did not happen timely and as a result, I had to put my client in a hotel for a couple nights. The check-in process required use of the other company’s app as did checkout. We paid a fee for VRBO and I’m not really sure what we gained when I could’ve gone to them directly had I known. "This was a great place to stay and enjoy the spring days in Oro Valley. The property was clean and welcoming. The views from the balcony are on the west side so the mornings and early afternoons were cool with a nice breeze. I have stayed at the WorldMark resorts in the past and these at Rancho Vistoso are just great; will definitely stay here again!"
