This is not a side view unit, like many others. Don't be fooled! You will not find anything like this in Ormond Beach. This is as direct ocean front as you can get!!
Our 3-bed / 2 bath DIRECT OCEAN-FRONT is a very rare find. It has direct access to the beach and pool right from the balcony. No need to haul all your beach gear down long halls and the elevator.
You will also enjoy the ground floor living, without worry of someone below you. You can park, walk through the air-conditioned lobby, and the condo is right there. It is extremely convenient. The in-unit washer and dryer are another great convenience.
The condo is very walk-able to public establishments. No need to drive anywhere if you do not want to. Publix is only 1/2 a mile away.
Located DIRECTLY on Ormond-By-The-Sea beach, is the Ormondy Condominium. The Ormondy has just completed an extensive Million Dollar renovation that offers Elevators, with secure entry. There is SECURE, underground, private, assigned parking with a remote door opener. Plenty of additional parking is available on the deck above.

It also includes a large flat screen smart-TV (DVR), ceiling fan, and a great sitting area overlooking the beach.
Second Bedroom: 2 beds (1 queen-sized bed and 1 full-sized bed), with a walk-in closet. It also has a beach view, with a flat screen, smart TV. You will appreciate the distance and separation between the bedrooms.
Ocean Front Office/3rd Bedroom: Private office with bunk beds and panoramic views of the beach and ocean. If you have to work, why not work while enjoying the view?! A docking station, dual monitors, keyboard and mouse are provided.
This Condo is located on the fabulous "No-Drive" beach of Ormond-By-The-Sea. Come see the dolphins play in the calm mornings, the pelicans diving in the evenings, and the famous turtle-hatch right off your balcony May 1st to October 31st. Only an hour +/- away are Disney, all Orlando Theme parks, Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine, and more.
Condo basics: We provide a starter laundry soap, dishwasher pods, 3 trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 toilet paper rolls, and dish soap. For longer stays or extra people, you may need to purchase more for the reminder of your stay.
Other things to note:
1. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. THIS IS A BUILDING RULE. ANY SERVICE ANIMAL WILL REQUIRE PAPERWORK TO BE COMPLETED, SUBMITTED AND APPROVED AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO CHECKING -IN. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RISK CANCELLATION. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT POLICY BEFORE MAKING ANY BOOKING.
2. All renters must be at least 25 years old to rent! Your reservation will be cancelled if you are younger than 25 years old.
3. Absolutely no smoking inside the condo or on the balcony!! Those are rules for the condominium. Smoking must be away from the building.
