Our spacious 1st floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath Abacos villa offers 1,232 square feet of space, and is ideal for the extended family vacationer. This villa is the epitome of relaxation with features such as private balconies and vaulted ceilings. It includes a full kitchen with all amenities (full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, dishes, and all cooking utensils), dinette, living room with 50' flat screen TV, pull out Queen sized sleeper sofa, and private screened patio; Master bedroom w/ attached full bath including combination tub/shower, 46' flat screen TV, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 39' flat screen TV ; 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and 32' flat screen tv, second full bath with large walk in shower, washer/dryer unit, Living room and Master bedroom have screened mini-patios to enjoy reading or a relaxing cup of coffee or tea.

Mid-Florida getaway

Bahama Bay is a beautifl property and very well groomed. I love to cook and the pots and pans could use an upgrade, but other than that it was wonderful.

Great Group Getaway

This property suited our needs very well. Plenty of room and very conveniently located and felt very safe. Lots of amenities available. Especially liked that it is on the ground level, so no lugging suitcases up stairs! Owners were easily accessible and very helpful. Hope to return in the near future!

December holiday.

This is a lovely spot - spa on sight, clean, spacious pools, restaurant and pool bar.... A relaxing vacation destination. Close to Disney, Universal and Medieval Times! The condo is spacious with TVs in each bedroom, washer and dryer and well equipped kitchen. It is welcoming and comfortable and the location is great - across from the clubhouse. We loved our stay and will most definitely vacation here again.

Long stay

The condo was comfortable and was as advertised. The resort is very enjoyable place with all the pools, lakes and tradewinds restaurant. The only negatives is no access to fitness center and the noise from people above you can be irritating at times. Candice and Jerome are great host.

Very clean nice place, the master bed had a board broke in it so was very uncomfortable the first night but was fixed by the second. The air was out but was fixed by day three when we was getting ready to leave. Owners was great at answering all messages and phone immediately!

Great place for families

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. We were traveling with our two children and my husband's mother so the three bedrooms worked perfectly for us. Plenty of room to relax after long days at Disney. Everything we needed was close by, Publix was just down the street as well as a variety of places to eat. It took us maybe 10-15 minutes to get onto Disney property. My MIL really appreciated the first floor with no steps! The kids loved the pool. It was very quiet until we got some rambunctious upstairs neighbors :-) but even that wasn't so bad. This is a great clean place to stay! The Bahama Bay grounds are also beautiful and well maintained.

Great vacation home

I had a wonderful time at the facility. The vacation home was beautiful and the resort was very nice and full of amenities. We didn't even have to leave the property to have a good time. We are a family of 5 and everyone had fun. I also loved the fact that it was secluded from all of the tourism traffic, yet close enough to all of the attractions we desired to go to. The owners and the resort staff were very friendly and the vacation home itself was beautiful. The only improvement I would request before the next time I travel there is an upgrade in the cellular service. My fiancee and myself have two different cellular providers and neither one of us could get a signal. Other than that, everything was great.

For the love home cooking on vacation.

Cookware needs work, saucepans either no lids or ill fitting. Muffin tray and pizza tray, no other, than two glass small dishes, one would struggle to cook a meal, assuming not everyone wants to eat out every night. Kitchen sink plug is broken. The owner did replace the faulty toaster, thank you.

Good condo in nice location

After some initial confusion on which unit we were suppose too be in we found the condo to be good. We stayed in 37-104. It is in a good location in relationship to the main building. The master bed were a bit noisy when you moved around. What we found interesting was the condo does not stock basic food prep items. Other condos I have rented off this site had at least cooking spray/oil, salt/pepper other basic non-perishable items. So you do need to buy everything to cook a meal. Our kids loved the main pool and kids splash area. The staff is very pleasant. The location is good as it is right off US 27 to head down to Legoland and off US 192 to head to all the parks.

Thanks for a wonderful stay! The property was clean and had everything we needed. Bonus the beds were comfortable. The hosts worked with us when our flights were cancelled due to the hurricane. They always responded quickly. We loved the resort and our stay. 5 stars!!
