This brand new 9 bedroom luxury home is located in Retreat at Champions Gate, an upscale, high-end golf vacation home resort. This resort is a brand new development with proximity to Orlando Disney and all other major attractions.

For families travelling to Orlando together, this nine bedroom villa has all of the space you need to call your own. It even offers an additional upstairs living area for added comfort and privacy. A game room offers kids of all ages to keep the fun alive after a fabulous day in the theme parks.

The heated pool (with extended size) and SPA will, of course, be the starring attraction of this amazing executive home near the Disney Parks, Universal Studios and SeaWorld!

All bedrooms include a large LED TV and each room is beautifully themed in stylish neutral tones, making them perfect for guests of all ages. We use high quality, ultra comfortable mattresses, which you can only find in 5-star hotels.

** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.

Needs updating on items

The house was as listed. Lots of things need to be repaired and updated though. Let them know they only had 4 forks and was told somebody would bring them. They never did. Some broken pieces in the fridge we also let them know about. Only had one pool stick. Was told a stick was ordered. Never got the stick so couldn’t play pool. The couch needs to be replaced. The leather is chipping. Rooms and bathroom were cleaned pool was nice. Close to Publix and big water pool at ChampionsGate. Everytime I messaged about something they were very helpful and messaged back immediately.

Property was okay but had its flaws

The check in process was pretty easy. The property definitely needs to be updated. The walls were very dirty and stained. The kitchen tables were two different colors and sizes but pushed together to seem like one big table. The refrigerator was dirty. The upstairs couches were broken and worn out. There were what looked like feces stains on the walls in the bathrooms. The toilet bottoms were very dirty with buildup. The lights did not work. They offered no extra supplies. Never been in a property that didn’t have atleast 1extra roll of tissue or 1 extra trash bag. One of our guests was bit by what closely resembles bed bug bites. The hosts didn’t seem too concerned. Definitely won’t be booking their properties again.

Needs improvement.

Overall we had a wonderful time at this property. The good: very clean private heated pool and hot tub in November, bathrooms were very clean when we arrived, the character rooms were awesome! Beautiful colors scheme throughout, safe gated neighborhood, and plenty of room for 21 people. The not so good: most of the bedroom fans and lights did not work at all, the light in the main living room was shattered, the glass stovetop was cracked in the kitchen, no handicap safety bars in the lower bedroom bathrooms, broken knobs and drawers on dressers in the kids rooms, broken wall mounted toilet paper holders and towel racks, some bathroom shower doors were missing seals so they wouldn't close properly which caused water to pool on the floors, most of the TV's did not work properly, the outlets and light switches throughout the home didn't work, the walls throughout were very banged up with stains on them, the carpet was in rough shape- stained, rolled, and matted down, the pool safety fence was drilled into bricks that were falling apart (definitely a safety issue with little ones around). Some of the bed comforters were ripped and sheets stained. We had 2 handicapped adults with us and it was very difficult for them to manage. The house is about 25-50min driving distance from Walmart, Disney and Universal-- depending on i4 traffic. I messaged maintenance about the issues (mainly we couldn't get the patio door to lock) and mentioned all the broken and damaged things we noticed in the home. They said they were only here to look at the door and that the owner knows about the broken fans and lights etc. Unfortunately nothing was resolved during our stay. This home needs some serious tlc and touch up paint. It's unfortunate that guests abuse homes like this, but renting a house at this price point, I would expect it to be in better condition.

My family and I frequent Champions Gate every summer. This one was a bit special as me and my family celebrated my mother’s 65th Birthday. We hosted some our family members to celebrate and really enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to coming back!!!
