Our beautiful vacation home is well furnished townhouse with 3 BD/3 BA. We are conveniently located next to all the Walt Disney World parks just 1.5 miles and we have easy access to outlet malls, golf courses and within walking distance to the main 192 route - the world of Orchids and extensive shopping and restaurants line. We are in a 24/7 gated community that offers a lot of recreational activities, nature trails, swimming pool and playgrounds. The town-home can accommodate 9 people comfortably with a master bedroom - king bed, second bedroom - queen bed, third bedroom – twin over full bunk bed and living room – queen sofa sleeper. The town home has a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils, full size washer/dryer, LCD TVs in every room, DVD/CD players, free wireless internet, free US/Canada phone calling and much more! We offer very affordable rates with daily, weekly and monthly rentals. Disney Stay

It was very close to the parks and stores. The house was clean but it needs some updating of rugs (there are some stains). We did have an issue with a smoke detector upon checkin but we communicated with the host and things were cleared up quickly.

Close to all the attractions

The townhome was clean and comfortable. It was nice that there was enough room for us and our adult children to spread out and it was close to all the attractions and activities we wanted to do. Plenty of dining options available as well. It was nice that there was a washer and dryer as well as a full kitchen.

Super location for Disney

We really enjoyed the townhouse. We had everything we needed -- 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry. The location is great to get to all of the Disney World parks, also. Would definitely stay there again.

Great spot and close to everything.

This condo is a great location and close to all of the Orlando entertainment. It is clean, well stocked, and convenient. The pool is great and the gate neighborhood allows for extra security. You will enjoy this condo with your family.

the townhouse was nice but the property was run down . when you look out the back door all the neighbors have run down patios. We came into the house and it was really nice but the rest of the property takes away from the place

Came down to watch my Grandson while my Daughters ran the races. Property was clean and well stocked. Convenient location to access the park(s). Lots of children and pets. All well behaved. A very nice stay. G.

Great location for Disney. Had everything we needed.

This is a lovely home and makes for a great stay close to the Disney Parks. The rooms were great for our family of five - and the stroller was very helpful. I agree with other reviewers that they only provide the bare minimum toilet paper and almost no cleaning supplies, so you will have to supply your own for most of the stay. The small community pool was also well-loved by the kids.

Close to Disney

This is a clean condo in an older development. Helen responded immediately when the front porch light was burned out. Interior was great, beds comfortable. Neighborhood was very safe. Entrance to the complex is tucked away so it’s easy to miss the first time!

Fair stay

The location was nice if your doing the parks. The pool was great, a lot of seating and was kept clean. Owners could have been a bit more generous with amenities - we were left only a few rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms. A couple of dish towels and no laundry/dish soap. No extra blankets. Old furniture and all around a bit dirty. The price was low enough...which was a bonus.

Needs

It was a nice house. I wish they would of had more like bathroom paper ( they only put 1 in each bathrooms n we had 3 bathrooms). They didn't give us any cleaning supplies just dishsoap. I've stayed in other houses a d they gave us cleaning supplies which was nice seens we were a big group.

Not what I expected at all

I will say the owners are very nice,however this places not clean and very nasty . Holes in the walls. Insects ...dirty carpet ....mold under sink...If the owners would update this property and h Get a better cleaning crew . It will be great .

The perfect choice!

My Family and I were given the opportunity to stay in one of the most amazing Disney vacation home. It really felt like home away from home and there was times we call it home throughout our vacation period. The description of the unit as well as photos are accurate and precise. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were beautifully decorated. My children LOVED the bunk beds. The location was perfect and very easy to find. It was our first time renting a vacation home in Florida and we are counting the days when we would have another planned vacation. I would rather stay in a Disney home than a hotel room 10 times over. Ms Helen was great in answering all of my questions and how the process works. Would definitely go there again

Met all our basic needs

In town for 3 weeks for training for work with 2 coworkers. It was great that we all had our own rooms and bathrooms and shared the kitchen and laundry. The house was nice, but very basic. Could definitely benefit from a refresh of new furniture and carpet. The neighborhood was a little rougher than I would have expected for being a gated community, which I know the homeowner has no control over. That being said, if this is an HOA, they are not enforcing rules at all. Over all, our basic needs were met and it was an affordable place to call home for 3 weeks while at training for work. I would consider this place to stay at again.

Guess it could have been worse

It was ok… it def could have used a better cleaning. Had kind of a smell. Other peoples hair In the shower, had a smell, beds weren’t soft at all. So glad I brought my own linens. Neighbors were having some kind of get together late one night. Gate entrance was broken on day two and wide open. Everything was just old and we were hoping for more comfy than a hotel but will go the hotel route next time. And pay half what we did here.

Quite a few things needed to address for the next renters.

Property is nice but some of the house features are not working. All the blinds are inoperative. No line on the phone. Stove burner not working. Light on living room , and by sliding door are burn out. Bunk bed is wobbly. Manager Mario was called and said he’s coming the next day but didn’t show up. Location is good. Nice gated property. House is clean.

Misleading listing

Pros: close to Disney and the unit was clean. Cons: run down neighborhood with security gate broken during our almost 2 1/2 month stay. Photos in the listing are old. Furniture has slip covers and needs to be replaced. There is no walking path. It is boarded up with weeds. Pool is not heated and was so cold it was unusable. Other snowbirds confirmed the heated pool has been down for years. Also I talked a few times with landscape manager to get our grass cut but never happened. The back patio of unit is not usable. Uncut grass and weeds, small decorative furniture and owners dogs wandering unleashed made the patio not usable. 6 snowbird couples did pick up dog poop so we could play bocce ball. We did notice that one owner with multiple rentals gets all the services. We met 10 other snowbird couples during our stay and they all were booking elsewhere next year. In conclusion short few day stay may be ok but not long term.

Never Again

Apartment complex is incredibly dirty, trash everywhere. dumpster area was disgusting. neighbors are loud and up all night (can hear them inside condo). gated community but the exit gate is always open. Pictures do not match furniture. Bedroom furniture is so large you can barely walk in the rooms. Found dead cockroaches in living room Shower curtain rods/hooks are rusted. No hot water in bathroom sinks. Master mattress is lumpy and hard to sleep on. Couches are broken down and sound like they will fall apart when sat on. Carpet has stains everywhere. Washing machine is violently off balance. Ceiling fans shake roughly. They charge a cleaning fee, then leave instructions for the renter to clean the condo.

We stayed here with our family of 7 on November 2016 while visiting DisneyWorld. We only used it to sleep and make breakfast in the mornings. We only stayed one full day at the property and we were all very disappointed. Pots and pans were all scratched up. The idea of making anything other than scrambled eggs was ridiculous. Internet was almost non-existent, the control remotes of two TV's did not work, the bathroom rugs were very worn out, a couple of dining chairs' seats were literally detached from the legs, the bunk bed was very wiggly, even for my 5 year old. The drawers of the kid's room were broken, they simply did not have the base were you are supposed to store your clothes, so we just left their outfits in the suitcases. They look great in the pictures but it is actually a hollow piece of furniture. I give it 3 stars because it was affordable, very close to the parks and clean. But I would rather spend a little more in a better maintained property.

We had to leave and stay at a hotel

We arrived at the home and right away noticed how hot it was inside but did as the check in info said and lowered the ac hoping that by the time we picked up our groceries and picked up dinner the home would be cooled down. We came back and noticed it was still hot and humid inside . My husband checked the house thermometer and it was reading 82. We could hear the AC kicking on inside so we figured all was well and we assumed for sure by the time we go to bed it would be cooled off. My husband went to Walmart and bought a fan. I emailed the owner and she emailed me back to call the propety manager. I got in contact with the PM and she told me she would stop by the house to check it out. We got up the next morning and left for the parks before opening. We were sweating stepping out the shower, we slept miserable and the thermometer was reading 82 inside still. I got a call from the property manager while we were at the parks, who was always extremely helpful to me, she said was in the house and yes it was hot but she needed to send a technician out because there was nothing she could do to fix it. She asked if I would be back by 6-7pm and since Animal Kingdom closes early we agreed that we could be back by then to let him in. The technician was in contact with me and I told him the same thing over the phone. I could be there at the rental between 6-7pm for him. We get back from the parks and the inside temp is now 85. While inside the house, waiting on the technician the entire power of the house shuts off. I am thinking it’s the technician and before I can get up to go check he’s calling me and telling me he’s on his way and he’ll be at the property in 30 minutes depending on traffic. I told him, “wait, i thought you were already here because the power just shut off in the unit.” He says “no, but if it’s not back on by the time I get there I’ll have to be called out again. There’s nothing I can do with no power but i’ll head that way anyways.” He calls me 20 minutes later from the front gate and says he can’t even come into the complex because the power is out in the entire apartments and the front gate won’t even open to let cars in or out. It’s 85 in the house and we’re not getting ac tonight. At this point we have been without ac for 2 nights of our stay and now no power. I was thinking “the fridge is full of our groceries, we spent so much time and money on this vaca, it’s been one thing after another with this propety”.
