No breaking your piggy bank - our 4BR/2BA vacation heated pool home is affordable & very close to major Orlando attractions, shopping, dining & entertainment.

No getting lost - once you turn onto South Poinciana Boulevard from Indian Point, your car makes only 2 turns before arriving at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom.

NOTE: Take BASS Road (back entrance) out of the community and be at Wal Mart Supercenter & 192 (Irlo Bronson) in 1 mile - very convenient to shopping, myriad restaurants & Medieval Times, etc. :)

Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath heated pool home comfortably sleeps 8-10 people, complete with 2 full-service bathrooms supplied with all linens. Grab your toothbrush & robe. Master suite includes its own private bathroom with garden tub, walk-in shower & two sinks.

One master suite with king-sized bed sleeps 2 adults or 4 kids. Guest bedroom #2 offers one queen-size bed, sleeping 2. Guest bedroom #3 offers a queen-size bed, sleeping 2. Guest bedroom #4 includes 2 single beds, sleeping 2. Sofa sleeper (living room) comfortably sleeps 2 - total 10. Each bedroom offers its own TV connected to cable .

Enjoy your very own full kitchen with all utensils & modern amenities, comfortably seating10 - for those times when you don't feel like eating out. Enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen table or on the screened in pool deck, enjoy large back yard

**Full service kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher + full-sized washer & dryer. Pack light & wash/dry your clothes.

Living room features seating for 10 while watching a movie on the 65' flat-screen LCD TV

Outdoor living space includes a screened & covered deck area to avoid mosquitoes & beat the midday heat. The private swimming pool can be heated for year round enjoyment. (POOL HEAT IS AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE PLEASE INQUIRE WITH OWNER )

You can jump into your car & in minutes you are entering Walt Disney World Resort & Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Epcot, and many other attractions, restaurants, shopping malls (including one huge outlet mall full of big-name retailers), grocery stores (including WalMart Supercenter), etc. - within minutes (& without a headache) you truly are within close proximity to some of the country’s most famous attractions.

The house was very clean! I would rate it a 5. We would stay here again. **Make sure to bring plenty of your own supplies if staying over a few days (toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, etc. as we did have to purchase these things during our stay).

Great Home

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family. Neighborhood was quiet and no more than 30 min away from any of the Disney parks. (Even with FL traffic!). House was clean and well kept.

Family Disney trip

Perfect size for our family of 6 and close to just about everything. Checkin and checkout was super easy. Pool was a great perk to the house! The kids loved it. Children’s beds were a little squeaky and the showers and tub looked dirty but otherwise it was a perfect trip.

Spent 6 days here, house was spotless and had everything needed for a fun vacation, 20 mins from Disney, seaworld. Roy the owner was very accommodating, and checked in before and after to make sure everything was ok.

This is an amazing property!

my family and I were delighted to stay in such an amazing home! Roy the property owner made sure we had a pleasurable time. Everything that's seen here is so much better when you get to the actual property. The location was amazing right around the corner was a Wal-Mart. The house was perfect.

It's the second time we rent this house and we are again very happy of our choice. The house is near of a lot a things, like: "road-192", restaurants, big Walmart, shopping gift center, mini golf. You are about 20 minutes of the Disney's park. The house was very clean, the pool was also perfect, but we payed for heating pool because in March the nights are a bit cold.
