Spread out and enjoy your very own sunny six bedroom, four bathroom villa in Windsor Hills Resort. Best of all, it is only two miles to Walt Disney World!

Decorated and furnished with special care to be child-friendly, and to offer adults a relaxing and calm atmosphere.
This home is perfect for families, groups of golfers or friends, relocated executives, business travelers, or even extended family reunions. You will love the sun-filled extended screened Lanai with your own private pool and hot tub! Upstairs you will find three master suites with king-sized beds and two en suite bathrooms.

Also upstairs are two additional bedrooms with two twin beds. On the lower level, the sixth bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a flat LED TV with cable! The family room is equipped with comfortable seating, a 50' large screen cable LED TV.

With our additional living room, there is plenty of space to spread out. Movie rentals are available on-site in the clubhouse. We provide Secure Wireless Roadrunner high-speed Internet access and free unlimited long distance phone calls within the US! For those travelling with young children, this is the place for you!

We provide a Pack-N-Play playpen, stroller, and high chair free of charge. You will love enjoying a leisurely breakfast while the kids splash happily in the pool. Our game room will keep the kids (and adults) busy with Air Hockey, Pool Table and Playstation 4 game console. Imagine coming home after a fun-filled day at Disney World or Universal Studios, tucking the kids into bed in their own rooms, and enjoying a late dinner or relaxing in the hot tub with your spouse. (Pool heat is optional / additional)

No need for the whole family to have 'lights out' at 8 p.m. when the kids go to bed as you would in a hotel. Many restaurants and shops are within one mile of the house. Groceries, medical clinics, Walmart, and a 24 hour pharmacy are all within minutes. There is golf right next door at beautiful Mystic Dunes. Dozens of other championship golf courses are within 5 miles!

Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24 hour security. It is filled with family fun, including a huge pool with water slide, hot tub, splash fountain area, sundry shop, fitness centre, kid's playground, arcade, putting green, tennis and volleyball courts, and even a movie theatre!

Disney World is less than five minutes from our house. Universal Studios and Sea World are fifteen minutes away. In between, you will find all the shopping and fun you could dream of. Please see our website, 2 miles to Disney, for information on all of the great area attractions.

We have a wonderful local caretaker who will ensure that the home is ready for your arrival and respond to any needs that arise during your stay.

Beyond Fabulous !!

Fabulous..gorgeous 6 bedroom villa ! So much space and bathrooms / suites for us all !! Fantastic hot tub and pool ! My little grandaughters loved the Ariel room .. and the boys loved the Harry Potter room !! The owner was top- notch to deal with ! So close to the Disney parks .. 5-10 min max ...Starbucks / McDonald's / Walmart 3 min away ..can't wait to return !! Thank You for allowing us to stay in your amazing villa !!

Property was everything described. Perfect for our 3 families. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub too. And the property manager was wonderful and accommodating to last minute changes and a few issues. Their response was immediate. Would rent this house again.

Great family vacation

The house was perfect for a family vacation to Disney. The hosts were very accommodating when our flights were changed. The location to the parks was convenient and the size of the house was great. The kids loved using the pool at the house and the community pool.

Perfect for an extended family stay!

Really lovely home for an extended family stay! Beds were comfy. For those traveling with small children, perfect easy walk to the playground and great security for the pool. Home reasonably maintained for a high volume rental. Dishwasher was a bit finicky about starting. Also there were several screens missing on the screenhouse around the pool. I assume owners are waiting a bit longer to repair minor damage out of hurricane season and it was not a problem at all for us traveling during winter. But, if you're visiting during love bug season, maybe check in on it!

Great stay

Fantastic stay at a great property. Owner was terrific. He responded time to any inquiries quickly and accommodated our multiple requests (addition of a night to stay, addition of additional guest (twice) after initial booking) graciously and efficiently. The house has the best hot tub of any property we've rented in Orlando. We highly recommend this property and would 100% stay here again.

Fabulous rental home

We were very pleased with this vacation rental in Orlando. Great location close to Disney, shopping and plenty of restaurants. The home was extremely clean and well stocked. The owners were quick to respond even on Christmas day to help us obtain a BBQ for grilling. We were extremely happy there and would definitely rent again.

Easily accessible safe environment

This community is in a great location . Parks are easy to access and the amenities in the community are amazing . Our family enjoyed the water park and playground on site. This unit was located within walking distance of the clubhouse and playground . Thanks Roman for such an amazing place to stay for our Disney vacation !!

Neat, clean and met our needs. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the multiple layers of pool safety. Kitchen had the basics. Lots of towels, including pool towels and plenty of pool toys. Great location to be close to the Disney world property.

This was an amazing house. Heated pool, hot tub and game room a big plus. Close to a lot.

We loved the House and how close it was to a lot of stuff including Walmart 2 mins away. We only regret no having enough time to visit the club house, maybe on our next trip. Ate looking forward to coming back and maybe staying long so we could just hang in the community and enjoy it more. Overall a must rent.

Perfect for my large family

This is a beautiful home and it's perfect for a large group or family. My teen grandkids loved the game room! The pool and hot tub were perfect to relax and unwind after a long day at Disneyworld. Disney Adventure 2023

We came down with family for a Disney and Universal Studios vacation. This home is in a PERFECT location. Very close to the parks and every need nearby. We loved having a pool for down time. Plenty of bathrooms for all. Lol. A priority for our family!! Home was clean. Showed some normal wear and tear but met all of our needs. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back for a future visit.

Spring Break 2023 and A Birthday celebration!!

Windsor Hill is a nice and quiet area. The home comfortable, spacious and well stocked. The home had what we needed to make our week enjoyable. Our boys enjoyed the swimming pool daily, pool table and air hockey. My husband and I enjoyed the whirlpool spa as well as the other amenities! We couldn’t have expected any more. The owner very quick to respond and very knowledgeable! We look forward to visiting this home again. Thanks!

Perfect vacation home

Our family absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home! Windsor Hills is a great community –gated, secure, quiet and very well maintained. The house itself was immaculate upon our arrival and equipped with everything we needed. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and Disney is literally just minutes away. Having our own pool at the house was definitely a plus so the kids could swim when we returned from the parks without having to go to the clubhouse. The owner was great to deal with and responded very promptly to all our emails, making the booking process a breeze. We would definitely stay here again (and again!) when visiting Disney and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family.

Practically Perfect in Every Way!

Great neighborhood with gated security and zero entry pool and splash area. Ten minutes from Disney. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Communication with the owner was amazing. Best ever! She responded quickly and was able to accommodate us for an extra night due to weather. The house had a good starter supply of paper goods and such. The bedding was clean and the furnishings very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and small appliances. The showers were good and strong, something we appreciate after slathering ourselves in sunscreen every day. The pool area was well appointed and a refreshing brek from our busy park days. Everything in and out of the home was in good working order. We've stayed in over a dozen homes in Windsor Hills over the years. It's the best community in our opinion and this home was perfect for our summer getaway.

A good (but just short of great) place, particularly for the price!

TL/DR: The house is in a phenomenal location and the owner was great to work with. The only real negatives were that the house could really use some TLC. But if you’re going to be at the area parks all the time, this place is awesome, and we would absolutely consider staying here again!Check-in/pretrip - SUPER easy, and the owner was both responsive and accommodating of a couple special requests.Location - You’re 10 minutes from Disney property, and there are a TON of restaurants & shopping nearby. Plus, it feels safe, quiet, & well maintained.Cleanliness - Other than a little mildew on the downstairs shower and a couple stains here and there, the place was VERY well kept, so no complaints.Decor - I think “sparse” is the best description. Very little decor around the house, which makes it feel kind of bland. Kids rooms are minimally themed, and the garage is painted, but that’s about it other than a couple generic prints on the walls. Amenities: Really the only disappointing aspect of the stay. For such a nice area, you’d expect a bit more than maybe half a roll of paper towels, less than 1 roll of TP & washcloth per bathroom, & 1 trash bag. Even in the game room, of 5 pool cues, only one was usable, & the table is badly warped.There is nothing about this property that a trip to Costco & some TLC couldn’t improve, and it has a LOT to recommend it. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep (& maybe swim) between park visits, you should absolutely check it out!

Great Location but needs love

This home was perfect for our needs but the home has some deferred maintenance items. The shower pan in the primary bedroom is peeling, the floors were so squeaky that it woke people up, the kitchen was absolutely barren. While at the property the water heater was leaking everywhere on the garage and we tried to get in touch with the property manager but they are only available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The garage rug and furniture were soaked. We paid for the hot tub to be heated and it did not get to temperature. The thermostat is faulty. The home slept our party comfortably but we would not rent again. This home is heavily worn.

The home was spacious with an excellent layout, including the kitchen area, and covered deck so no mosquitoes got in There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large multi generational family. The A/C worked very well , the games room with the HP decor was wonderful The few negatives were, the kitchen could use a few more things (oven mitts, an extra frying pan etc There weren’t any full length mirrors This is a minor issue We loved the clubhouse pool which looked like a resort (palm trees, walk in like a beach) perfect for families, and water park We went to visit the Disney Parks & Universal Parks and this was a wonderful vacation home for our family
