The community, its amenities, and the condo were beautiful and clean.
The maintenance condition of the condo was less than satisfactory. Things we encountered:
Dryer did not work. Notified the management company but no one showed to look at it. Notified them again a few days later and was promised someone would be out the next day. Two days later we left to return home but never once had maintenance come to our unit. Could not use the dryer the entire time.
Electrical outlets ~ some did not work, some would spark when you try to use them, and others that did work would cause the plug to get extremely hot. Between this and the dryer vent possibly being clogged, safety was a concern (not only in our unit, but what were other units in the building experiencing?)
Things throughout the condo were broken (nothing major; things like cabinet door, closet door, etc but enough that created a bad image for the management company)
Check in communication was good.
Amenity communication was not (did not receive pool gate code, etc).
The security guards at the front gate were normally very rude. Not looking for a best friend; just hoping for someone that doesn’t constantly treat you like you’re a bother to them.
Overall an ok stay but the management company needs to do better.
