Great Vacation Home Ideal Retreat in the Heart of the Disney area

All primary guests are required to register their stay at the front desk upon arrival.
At registration, all guests are required to purchase a $20, NONREFUNDABLE, Gate Card for each vehicle that will travel through our gate for the duration of their stay.

Terra Verde Resort is only 10 minutes from Disney, Theme Parks, outlet shopping, great restaurants.
Enjoy a relaxing vacation in a gated community that caters to everyone; private pool, community pool, tennis courts, tiki bar, fitness room, community hot tub, basketball court, children's playground, arcade, community movie night, karaoke night, bingo night.

Other great attractions: theaters, Water Parks, Gatorland, LEGOLAND, Universal, Epcot, Sea World and sight seeing.

Exactly as described. Location very good for your vacation, really close to the parks and shopping. House is in beautiful gated community, very secure with a lot of amenities. House very clean inside and out. Hats down to the owner for pool heating, it was a pleasure to use it. Will be back again for sure.

Perfect layout
The house has everything you need. Tv’s in every bedroom and garage. 2 bedrooms have 4 piece ensuites, and a third 4 piece bathroom. The resort was quiet and clean and had quite a bit to offer. Tiki bar wasn’t open doing some reno’s. Should be open by May.

The ease that Paul, the property owner and Terre Verde the resort that the property is in made our stay was incredible. My son has a house in Terre Verde so we were familiar with the property, VRBO and Paul made staying in his house simple. The central location of Terre Verde makes going anywhere in the Orlando area simple and if you choose to stay in the resort there’s more than enough to do. Paul’s house is incredible and when the need arises, when my sons baby arrives, we’ll be reaching out to lease the property again!!u

Nice home
Enjoyed our stay and everything was as pictured. Kitchen supplies are very limited so it took a while to cook being that it was only one medium size skillet. Also everything in Orlando took us a hour or more to get to. You do have to purchase a $20 gate key once you arrive and the clubhouse pool closes at 530 daily so we didn’t get to enjoy it, but it looked very nice and clean . Overall we enjoyed the house very much.

Stopover before cruise
The property was a very nice house. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Clean. Comfortable. The beds were comfortable. It is in a gated community that is very well maintained. Tho we didn’t request heating of the pool it was heated. It is situated in a convenient area where there are plenty of stores and things around. We didn’t go to Disney world but it’s surrounded by all things Disney. Overall it was very nice.
