The Space:
This home is absolutely fabulous if you’re traveling with family members or a group that wants to stay all together for a group vacation. There are TVs in every room, a bonus TV/family room and even a fun game & entertainment room in the home with a pool table, air hockey, interactive gaming, and more to enjoy! This home is always a big hit!

The main spaces of this luxurious 2491 sq ft, two-story home:

- A spacious living room featuring a floating entertainment center with a wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV, an ultra-comfortable sofa, and chairs to enjoy together with your family & friends. It’s a wonderful space with fashionable decor, high ceilings, and incredible flooring to enjoy downtime when home in comfort. The open living space also has direct access to the enclosed private pool and outdoor patio area.

- The kitchen features fine quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and luminous pendant lighting. The center island provides additional storage beneath, as well as extra room to prepare home-cooked meals, and breakfast bar stool seating on the other side to enjoy a chat with your group’s chef, a cocktail or a morning coffee.

- The dining area adjacent to the kitchen is in a bright and well-lit space with a fabulous dining room table that can comfortably seat eight.

- The next room over is Divine! It’s a perfect place for some nighttime entertainment for the whole family and a very unique detail to this home. There you’ll find a bar table and salaciously alluring lighting, which is great for this interactive game room with billiards, air hockey, and a multiplayer console. If the parks don’t wear you out, this is where you continue the family fun!

- Of course, this vacation wouldn’t be complete without a beautiful private pool out back on the screened-in lanai, complete with sun loungers to work on your tan and an outdoor dining table to dine al fresco! If you have little ones, a child’s pool safety screen is available for peace of mind.

- 5 bedrooms, with 8 beds (including a trundle bed pullout in Bedroom #4), each with its own Smart TV! Plus 4 full bathrooms in the home to accommodate 11 guests configured as such:

Solterra Resort has a 5,600 sq ft clubhouse and amenities onsite for a one-time fee per house per reservation. These include the resort swimming pool, waterslide, lazy river, poolside cabanas, a tiki bar and grill, 24-hour fitness center, walking trails, kids' play areas, and fun activities for all!

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home. You can get access to the resort amenities for a one-time fee per household.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll be inside Solterra Resort, where there is a 5,600 sq ft clubhouse and amenities to enjoy for a resort fee, like the resort-style pool featuring a waterslide, beach entry, and a lazy river, poolside cabanas, a poolside bar and grill, a fitness center, a volleyball court, tennis courts, a walking trail, and a play zone. Getting Around:
Guests have parking at the home and it’s very easy to get around the area. The home is about 30 miles from the Orlando International Airport.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests will need to climb stairs as it’s a 2-story home.
- During the winter and fall months (Oct to April), the pool can be heated for an additional fee. It must be requested a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival and heated for the entire stay.
- Pool heating is only available from November to the end of April.
- A BBQ grill rental is available for an additional fee. A propane tank refill is not included. This service must be requested at least 48 hours before your arrival.
- Early check-in is subject to availability with an additional fee.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Highchairs and strollers are available upon request.
- There are outdoor security cameras for guest safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- To obtain access to the resort amenities onsite, there's a one-time fee per household paid upon arrival. (1-12 Guests: $35 | 13+ Guests: $45)
- Clubhouse pool and common area rules and hours at the resort community must be respected.
- Guest acknowledges that the use of the private pool is at their own risk and agrees to hold
harmless and indemnify the Property Owner, their agents, heirs, and successors from and against any liabilities, claims, damages, expenses (including, but not limited to, legal fees), and harms arising from or related to the use of the pool on the property for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad at the door. This is a 24/7 guard-gated community and will need your ID to enter. We’ll send you all the instructions and access codes before your arrival.
