I will never try using VRBO again

This was the second property that I tried renting. Immediately my money was taken and I was given instructions in how to get to the property aa if it were available. Only to find out that it wasn't really available to ME?! Vrbo seemed to be too much of a hassle and advertises false information and if the property owners simply don't want to rent iut there homes, then why are your properties listed! Never again.

Shared space

the Cozy 3 bedroom second floor unit was only separated from the other unit with a Curtin where a DOOR SHOULD BE. We were not aware of this when we purchased the unit. We got there in the evening and immediately notified the owners that there was no door separating the units. We were told this is how it was. We literally smelled what the other tenants were cooking and smoking. We could have joined in on their conversations. We had to find another place to stay because it is just not safe to not be able to lock your CURTIN at night or when you want to go to the theme parks.
