Left Stranded

We arrived in Orlando on Tuesday as planned. I had been in communication with owner prior, all we would need upon arrival would be the door code. When we pulled into the driveway at the villa, we took notice of a for sale sign. We tried again to reach to owner to no avail. VRBO did, in fact, offer us other accommodations, but they were absolutely unsuitable. We ended up finding another villa through another service. VRBO did make it right in the end, but it was an awful way to start our vacation, especially after a 13 hour drive.
