Welcome to Blue Heron Beach Resort, located less than a mile away from the Lake Buena Vista entrance to Disney World. Our 2 bedrooms condo (accommodates up to 6 guests) is lakefront and is close to many restaurants and shopping!

Take in the spectacular sunrise from your balcony or be amazed by the Disney fireworks lighting up the night sky, you can do it all. Take a jet ski or kayak for a spin on the lake, get your heart pumping in our fitness center, or prepare picnics to take to Disney, SeaWorld, or Universal Studios.

Resort amenities include a large (heated) swimming pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness room & game room. Located on peaceful Lake Bryan, you have access to water sports like kayaking, boating, jet skis & fishing on the lake.

The space
The condo has one bedroom with a king-size bed (and a private bathroom), a twin bedroom, and a bunk bed in the common area. Those share a bathroom.

Guest access
Guests have Full access to all Resort Amenities, including two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, and an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Are you looking for some exercise while staying with us? We have a fitness center at the resort.

Buena Vista Watersports will deliver jet skis and pontoon or ski boats right to our dock on Lake Bryan for some aquatic fun (additional fee apply).

Rainy day? No worries! Blue Heron offers an extensive library of books and games that you’re welcome to borrow as well as an onsite game room. At Blue Heron, even the rainy days are fun!

Our dock on Lake Bryan features breathtaking views of the Central Florida sunsets.

Whether you’re here to visit the theme parks, hit the beach for some Florida sun, explore Orlando or take advantage of the amenities at our resort, the Blue Heron Beach Resort is comfortable enough to feel like home.

IMPORTANT: Only the registered guests will be allowed to enter the resort. Guests will need to complete our registration process at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Guests will then need to check in at the front desk of the resort and provide ID's and proof of reservation. If guests failed to provide their registration details to Horizon Vacation Homes in time, they may not be given access to the resort and would not receive any compensation or refund. 2 cars per rental are allowed inside the resort. At check-in, guests will receive a digital card that will open the door and give them access to the resort amenities. Resort fee: included in our rental price.

Great Location, budget friendly

This unit had all we needed for an extended stay in Orlando. The location right on Lake Bryan offered lovely views and we even saw rockets launch from the Cape. Traffic in the area is heavy tourist traffic so be aware of that. Publix is right up the street and there are many restaurants nearby. Easy to jump on the 528 (Beeline/ Beachline) to get to the coast in less than an hour. We will stay here again.

Very nice condo

Loved the fact it was an end unit with the large bay window. Also that there are two balconies to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Was nice overview of lake and also seeing fireworks at both Epcot and Magic Kingdom every night. Management was very quick to respond to couple issues. Overall, very nice place to enjoy.

Nach der buchung wird es kompliziert...

Wir waren zum 15ten mal in dieser Anlage allerdings hatten wir noch nie mit diesem anbieter zu tun.Nach der einfachen buchung über vrbo ging es mit dem anbieter weiter und ich muss sagen das ich noch nie einen so aufwendigen buchungsprozess durchlaufen habe. Vorort war es auch anders als wir es gewohnt waren...es gab keine poolhandtücher was ärgerlich war aber nicht weiter schlimm. Was mich tatsächlich gestört hat waren die in der Wohnung verteilten warnungen die immer mit potentiell anfallenden kosten verbunden waren, das hat zumindest bei mir dazu geführt das ich mich nicht als gast gefühlt habe sondern als notwendiges übel.auch der elektronische zugangscode hat nur für den aufzug aber nicht für die wohnung funktioniert...Jetzt aber genug gemeckert, die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, die lage ist für uns perfekt und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, nur nicht mit diesem anbieter, wahrscheinlich würde ich zukünftig direkt über die hotelseite buchen auch wenn es ein paar Dollar mehr kostet
