Pet Damage Protection Fee is refundable if the house is in the same condition it was received after we do our check out inspection. Any damages caused by the guest's pet(s) to the property during the stay is the guest's responsibility. Any repair will be charged or discounted from the Guest's Damage Protection Fee or credit card on file. Charges are processed or requested after booking.
POOL HEATER INFORMATION: Our pool heater fee is $25 + tax per day and this must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to your check in. The pool heater needs to stay on for the length of your reservation or for a minimum of 5 days in a row. Please note: the spa only warms up if the pool heater is on (if applicable). The hours of operation are from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and the temperature is set between 82° to 88° F (times and temperature may vary according to the time of the year). The pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures. We recommend pool heating from September to May. Please inform us if you would like to add the service during your stay. For Airbnb guests, we will need to send a payment request once your booking is confirmed.
BBQ GRILL RENTAL: $50 + Tax (13.5%) is the charge to use the BBQ Grill. Guests are responsible for exchanging propane. The fee covers the final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.
LONG STAY EXTRA CLEANING: Please keep in mind that any reservations longer than 21 days are subject to extra cleaning services. Cleaning fees vary according to the size of the house. We offer Regular Cleaning that includes towels and bed linens wash and it's the same price of the cleaning fee that you are paying for your house. We also offer Mid Stay Cleaning that doesn't include towels and bed linens wash and the price is almost half of the regular cleaning fee. We can add the additional cleaning after booking is processed.
We are offering our guests a professional laundry service delivered to the house. Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bathroom rug, kitchen towel and pool towels are available for all guests. We do not provide washcloths. Please note: The number of towels is according to the house capacity, there are no extra sets and guests can use the washer and dryer machine inside of the house.

GARBAGE: - Trash Removal Services is once a day, 7 days per week. - Please have trash in the container by 7:00 AM Daily. - Place any excess bags next to the container. - All containers and/or bags must remain at house not at curb, valet will not service anything left at the curb. - ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED AND TIED IN 13 GALLON KITCHEN BAGS AND CANNOT WEIGH MORE THAN 30LBS. GROCERY BAGS ARE NOT ALLOWED. LOOSE TRASH WILL NOT BE PICKED UP. - NO Liquids are allowed, please empty all containers and bags properly. - ALL TRASH BIN MUST HAVE A TRASH LINER. - All large and medium size cardboard boxes must be flattened, small boxes must be bagged. - Please do not leave trash inside the garage. Trash valets will not enter the home/garage.
ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY/CODE: You will receive home arrival instructions 3 days prior to your stay to your email address on file. You will enter the house using an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad. We request all the guest's names, including children to enter on this community.
***For your safety, this home is equipped with security cameras on the outside of front door and outside of the back door of the house by the pool machines.
Now that you are ready to book our home, kindly inform us after booking if you want to add services like Pool Heating and/or BBQ Grill Rental. After the reservation is made, you will you receive an email requesting an electronically signature for our rental agreement, please look at junk mail to find it (please note: Airbnb guests don't receive this email).
PARKING: • There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house. • No Parking on Grass: Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited. • One Side Street Parking: Vehicles are allowed to park on designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs. • No trailers, RVs or golf cars are allowed to park in the community or the driveway of the homes.
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, however we are not responsible for lost or theft of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid Stay Cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. All food items will be removed after the guests check out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee, cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.
