Beautiful apartment (air conditioning living room-dining room-kitchen) on the ground floor, beautiful garden and terrace, located among the many neighboring golf courses.
It includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen (traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), barbecue, iron and board
iron, toaster, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, electric juicer, plancha, wifi, satellite TV, cot and shared swimming pool.
At your disposal: pétanque and badminton games, children's beach games, beach rackets, rackets and padel balls on request, 1 air mattress and 2 water strands, but also some dishwasher tablets and washing machine, cleaning products, shampoo and shower gel.
Bed linen, beach towels, bath towels and dish towels are available.
Possibility to order some food products to start the stay.

Acabamos de pasar una semana de vacaciones mis hijos y yo y nos ha encantado, el apartamento es muy acogedor, tiene de todo, la piscina genial, muy cerca y la zona tiene de todo aunque necesitas el coche, la única pega ha sido que los mosquitos nos han acribillado, muchas gracias a los propietarios y a Julie y Tony por estar tan pendientes en todo momento, lo recomiendo.

Charlotte’s communication was excellent. The location is fantastic very close to lots of restaurants & more importantly for us golf courses. Fab outside space & pool a few steps away. The house was very spacious for a 2 bed 2 bath. Would highly recommend & hopefully we will return. I would recommend a hire car to make the most of the area. Thanks charlotte

This is a very well presented property in a great location. Outside space is fabulous - so much space and well furnished.. Well equipped kitchen with everything you'd need for a self-catering break. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the La Fuente commercial centre which has an extensive range of bars and restaurants, There are also 2 large supermarkets (Aldi & Mercadona). The Villamartin Plaza is easily accessed by taxi approx. 10 euros. The area has a canal pathway which is great for walking as it is level. A 2.3 km walk (there are markers on the canal path to show you how far you've walked) will take you to the commercial centre at Los Dolses. We were welcomed by Julie who was great at providing local information. There is also an information book in the property with details in a number of languages. Would happily stay again.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, bien accueilli par Julie, appart très bien équipé rien ne manquait, proche de la piscine idéal, calme, bien situé 4 km de la mer et 5 min des commerces. La propriété Charlotte à été super à tout niveau pour les renseignements que je ai demandé et sa location correspond à l annonce. Merci à elle, on y retournera sans hésiter.

The property is in a good location and spacious both inside and out. At the time of our visit, the complex was very quiet and relaxing which made our stay enjoyable. Julie and Tony made the process of checking in and out very simple. We would stay again.

A lovely and spacious flat in a good location on a beautiful golf course we have been visiting for almost 20 years, so we know the location well. The flat was very clean and well kept. The only reason for four rather than five stars was that the flat was a little cold at Christmas time, and that the bed was a little less comfortable than I would have liked. Otherwise a fantastic flat in a great location, with a huge garden. Much better in person than the pictures. Thank you for a nice stay.
