This newly renovated house is a true treasure, boasting the beautiful sun drenched light through every window in the home. This fresh four bedroom home is a perfect home away from home, with the town centre of Orange on your doorstep. This self-contained home has been tastefully decorated with fully equiped kitchen including dishwasher, open plan living and dining area to sit eight guests, 3 queen beds and 2 single beds including smart TV in all bedrooms, a designated office nook in living area, separate bathroom and laundry, tripe car lock up garage along with off street parking in large oversized driveway. A quiet and private alfresco includes grass and concrete area at the rear of this property, including a BBQ and outdoor dining suite. A short 5 minute walk to popular coffee shop, butcher and newsagent.
This house is great for a few couples or large family, very comfortable living for any short/ long term stay.
