"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sunset at the Palms – A True Jamaican Gem! My stay at Sunset at the Palms was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The resort itself is a tropical paradise — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of that authentic Jamaican charm. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. A special shout-out to Lynette in the Gift Shop, who was so kind and helpful every time I stopped by. In the dining room, Jayson, Andrice, and Claudette went above and beyond to make every meal feel special. Their warm smiles, great conversation, and outstanding service made me look forward to every dining experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the entire team made me feel like family. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. I can’t recommend Sunset at the Palms enough — it’s the perfect place to unwind, enjoy amazing service, and soak up the beauty of Negril. I’ll definitely be coming back!"

"This resort is definitely worth the money. It was just what me and my husband needed. Relaxing and quiet. It’s a place to bring your family. They have entertainment but it’s not an all night party which is what we were looking for. Our room was great nice and comfortable with the swim out pool. Amazing. "

"The resort was absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious and well thought out. I really appreciated the variety of food options. They had Jamaican, American, Italian… you name it, they had it! As a true foodie, I hate when I travel to Jamaica and can’t find authentic Jamaican food, but this resort did not disappoint. You’ll definitely get a taste of the island here. My only complaint was the basmati rice personally, I don’t think it’s a universal rice. It has an odor similar to jasmine rice, and it just wasn’t enjoyable to me. Aside from that small detail, everything else was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, the rooms were spectacular, and the air conditioning was set at the perfect temperature the entire stay, I never even had to touch the thermostat! My only suggestion would be to have more workers available for the cart service, just to make getting around a bit faster. We stayed on the adults only side, which was calm, quiet, and very romantic perfect for couples, honeymooners, or anyone looking to relax. We also ventured over to the main side for the foam party, and it was such a fun time! Overall, this resort gave the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment. I’d definitely come back again."
