"Little outdated but still a acceptably hotel. Some reception employees from eastern Europe are very unmotivated ( but not all ). I was there twice during a period of three month and it looks like they have to count every penny ( or Swiss Rappen ) .Meanwhile there is nothing free in the rooms - recently they even placed two cheap water bottles for 4,50 CHF !!! "Staff is great, airport transfer is great, not many options to eat around. Room is average. Beds and pillows were not fantastic. Great place to stay for a night when leaving or arriving to zurich early/late. I would not stay multiple nights. "
