"The room was quite disappointing considering the high price. The furniture was old and worn, and the pillows were in poor condition—not what I would expect for the cost. The fire alarm went off repeatedly all night, making it impossible to sleep. Additionally, there was a lot of dust around the apartment, which made the stay feel unclean. "This property is very nice and in a safe location.However there is not really much to do extremely close by as far as boardwalk types of things or amusement/ theme parks. It is positioned within walking distance to the ocean and has the river in the back. A Walmart is just over the bridge and a gas station just to the side of this location makes travel by foot convenient. The unit we had had so many things wrong, including the cooktop which I had to call maintenance twice for and then ended up fixing it myself.
