Only troublesome part is the free parking is some distance away which i didnt realize. so end up paying for that 5 min of parking right outside the hotel. "

"This is a wonderful location, just across the street from the Kyoto train station. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The price is very affordable for this convenient location, which made our travel much easier. Highly recommend. Rooms are small, but perfect for an overnight stay. "

"Great location. Walking distance to the tram and the Main Street. Parking is a bit confusing, need to use the parking lot next to the hotel, not at the hotel building. Then ask the front desk for a discounted parking tickets for the specific parking lot. Little bit complicated. "

"It was very close to the entrance of Huis Ten Bosch which helped after a long and hot day. The only negative was there are not many dining options around the hotel."

"Our queen bed room was well laid out and efficient. It was basically spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell this is a well run chain hotel with staff who have been trained well and work hard. My only complaints would be if you have a loud neighbor you can hear them talk or use their hair dryer and that the mattresses are extra firm, my back and neck had enough after 3 days."

"Comfortable bed and spacious room. However, the 5cm wide shower head was not suitable for the standard of room. Club lounge has minimal drink and snack selection and weak wifi signal except in the middle of the lounge."
