"A little underwhelming, it's a nice enough hotel, but it's a little dated, the bed was very squeaky and not very large and we weren't impressed with the way we were greeted. First time travelling with our 4 month old so I forgot to put them on the reservation (that's on me for sure) but rather than an understanding, accommodating welcome, we were greeted with an dismissive, accusatory tone that I would not expect from a 5 star establishment that cost over R2000/night.
