"Hotel was comfortable and staff were very helpful and friendly. Good connections to everything on Tromso via the bus stop immediately outside, and having the Narvessen in the foyer was useful too! We were on the 12th floor in one of the corner rooms which meant we had two fantastic window views looking south/east over Tromso and to the mountains beyond. Quite a view to wake up to on our first morning!"

"We arrived about midnight through Tromso airport. We had no trouble with instructions for getting into our accommodation. Because no shops were open at that time we were not able to buy teabags or milk so had nothing until next morning when only a seven eleven was open."

"Very clean apartment,excellent for two people. Very useful having the supermarket on the ground floor. Regular bus service into the city as well. Cannot fault the communication. All access details clearly provided before arrival. The kettle in our room did not work and was replaced immediately when I emailed to report this."
