"The room was nice. Fit a family of four. We were by the stairs and it was louder while others walked up above, so that was bothersome as well as a creaky door that was between the room and foyer section. Overall was charming and a nice neighborhood."

"Safe and comfortable property and surroundings. A market (Donnybrook Fair) was less than a block away. It was approximately a 25 minute walk to St. Stephen's Green/Dublin City Centre. The only issue I had with this property was the very thin walls (the building is very old) and I was able to hear conversations, washroom business, etc and the people in the next suite were not loud, ie: not shouting at all. "Wonderful place to stay for many or one night in Dublin. Walkable distance to everything you could want in Dublin downtown. Extremely conveniently located next to a train station, I can get you even deeper into the heart of Dublin just a wonderfully place location. Staff was wonderful and called me as soon as I entered my room to make sure my room was good. The breakfast was an incredible surprise, the room they host the breakfast is incredible. Loved my time and will be staying here again....

"If you want to feel welcome and looked after, this is the place to stay. Owner and staff are considerate and helpful. The area is beautiful and there are good dining options. The breakfast at the lodge is great. Fantastic coffee and home cooked fare in a comfortably fancy dining room. We had delicious Indian food at Khushee in the village.
