"We arrived early, without notice, and with a load of request, as my elderly mother was with us. We were greeted warmly at the door, and the hotel staff, Christine went over and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Professional, friendly, approachable and excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located with various stores, restaurants & pubs along the street. Not noisy though, and we enjoyed a good rest and sleep at the hotel. Thank you for the lovely stay. Will definitely come back...

"The hotel location is excellent, just across subway station, markets, restaurants. 10 min walk to V&A museum. Coffee, tea and a cookie in the room. Hotel has elevator, friendly staff, water in the lobby. Good buffet breakfast, chorizo, ham, cereals, juices, milk, cheeses, fresh fruits, etc. I will definitely go back. 5 start property for me. :) "

"The property is in a great location, very near 2 Tube stops , loads of restaurants, shops and entrances to Kensington Park. This neighborhood is a little more quiet and posh than some of the others - ao its not Covent Gardens or Piccadilly, but those are just a hop away on the Tube or even a healthy walk. "Joe the Manager provided great service to us. Rugs could have used a shampooing. Kitchen walls could have used repainting as there were splatter stains from prior use. Communal kitchen for free breakfast was on your own to cook or make. Bread for toast; butter; jam; milk; cereal; apple juice; orange juice; bacon and eggs. Kitchen dishes and cookware provided. Communal sitting area for eating or resting to watch TV; listen to music or read. Change of towels on request and no maid...

"This house is very convenient to the airport. The check in by code and room lock by code works well. But you get what you pay for, my room had a bed and old deck nothing more. But having access to a kitchen is nice and there is a store on the same block. When I was there washer/dryer and dishwasher were both out of order. Easy to get to by cab or Uber. If you just need a place to sleep for the night it’s fine. I would not recommend for long term stay. "

"For what I paid the room was as expected, it was clean had a good TV that had plenty of channel choice. There were hot drink facilities in the room and the bed was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was brilliant! The chef did a cracking job with my order and the mushroom sauce as a side was amazing. Breakfast was lovely and fresh with local produce and it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had for sometime. "
