"Hotel location is superb, on the front and quick access to beach and old town. The bed was really comfortable. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast was great too, with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and very helpful. For the price, it was above my expectations and we would definitely stay again. "

"I really enjoyed my one night stay at the hotel. The check in was quick, the wifi was good and the area, whilst not in the centre, was within walking distance of all the popular places. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony. I didn’t get an opportunity to use the facilities but the pool looked ok. The included buffet breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. The only criticism was that the cooked food was cold. I don’t understand why the can’t keep the food in a container??"

"This was my second stay at Hotel Mar Blau. If your looking for a no frills, great value stay in a fantastic location then you will love this hotel. Right on the beach, very friendly staff and situated in the old town with easy access to both beaches, tapas alley etc.. Took me about 30 mins to walk to the lively brit bar end, but there is a taxi rank a min walk from hotel if needed. For the price, if you don't need a pool etc, then you really can't beat this hotel..... Excellent!!!"

"Very happy with our choice. Great for location and was a very pleasant stay. We had a room at the rear or the building which was quiet. It has a smaller balcony with no sunbed but we had the use of the terrace if we wanted. The staff were friendly and very helpful. This made checking in a breeze. Also were able to leave our luggage while we had the last few hours in Benidorm. Location is spot on. Near to beach, shops and restaurants. Great area. Will definitely book again"

"Good quality hotel (like Holiday Inn / Hilton). Large stylish rooms with good size balcony. Rooms have either theme park, pool / garden or sea view Good quality buffet dinner and breakfast with wide choice. Good range or meat, fish, fruit, salad, yoghurt and ice cream. Large free underground parking Out of town location so a car is needed to get to Benidorm or around the area Recommend "
