INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Sitting in the small covered veranda you can relax and enjoy a view of enchantment: the view ranges from the beaches of Lo Squalo and Pittulongu to the entire gulf in front of which crystalline waters alternate with spots of marine poseidonia. The veranda, with wooden roof and wooden beams, houses a comfortable dining table and chairs. Maestrale flat has comfortable spaces for 4 guests: the living room hosts a second dining table and relaxation area with LED TV and sofa, kitchenette with fridge / freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, bathroom with shower; the sofa located in the living room can comfortably accommodate two people. The accommodation has a washing machine, both the living room and the bedroom also have air conditioning. The beach "Il Squalo" can be reached on foot just walking along the street, it will not take more than 2 minutes. Serving the accommodation is a parking area with a reserved parking space.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The beaches of Lo Squalo, Pellicano and Pittulongu are well equipped with bathing and restaurant services. Neighborhood services such as bars, restaurants, supermarket can be reached on foot. The area hosts numerous kiosks on the beach where you can relax in the evening sipping a glass of wine or a good cocktail, tasting some typical appetizers. Some good points are the Chiringuito Bar and Restaurant in Bados, Trattoria Rossi fish restaurant in Pittulongu, Mamabeach in Pittulongu, Ristorante Lo Squalo (50 meters from the accommodation), Costa Sarda Bar for a quick lunch with good local cuisine. The nearby Centro Gallura shopping center offers many shops and a large supermarket. Among the enchanting beaches nearby and within walking distance: the Squalo, Pittulongu, the Pelican, Sea and Rocks. In about 10 minutes by car you can reach the beaches around Golfo Aranci: Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina, Spiaggia Bianca, Baja Caddinas and Cala Moresca, natural park and home to a permanent group of over 100 dolphins.
