Great space, great location
This property is in a great location and has a great layout for groups. The different sections of the house allow for privacy if you have several couples or family groups.

Perfect for large groups
This is an older home in a beautiful neighborhood. It has three separate “living” areas, two upstairs and the large, open area with two master bedrooms and one small bedroom with twin beds downstairs. Fun, eclectic art throughout. We had 16 stay and you will need to use the couches (not sleepers) if you have that many - worked out perfect for our group. The open floor plan downstairs was perfect for our us to hang out, and the kiddos had room to play away in their own space as needed. Everything in the description is exactly as pictured. Park, our host, was super responsive, the property is great and had everything we needed for ALL our cooking. Park even brought over a charcoal grill for us to use! Lots of silverware, cooking pots/pans and water glasses/coffee mugs. Highly recommend for large groups who want a roomy, comfortable place to gather.
