Minuses: the directions to get there were very sparse and inadequate. Once you've found it once it was very clear, but need better directions for first time. "We had a really great experience. Well stocked cabin, the ACs were charged and actually cooled the place to a perfect temp. The lawn was mowed and sprinkled every night.
