The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: ceramic hob, combi fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, as well as access to an interior patio that provides natural light.



The apartment has two bedrooms with capacity for 4 people: one with a double bed and television, and another with two single beds. Both bedrooms have windows to the outside and sufficient space to store luggage. The full bathroom includes a bathtub. The centralised air conditioning guarantees comfort throughout the year. In addition, the accommodation has wifi and a covered parking space included in the same building.
