"Spectacular location! It really is an endless blue seafront retreat. Charming, traditional house, overlooking the beautiful Messinian bay and with a lovely garden. Stathis and Marina, the property owners, are very helpful and welcoming."

"Excellent host, property, and location to explore lots of area...something for everyone. Privacy was always respected and the house was very clean and well equipped. Sonia is an excellent host with lots of information for you see/do in the area. Pool was fantastic as the Greece heatwave was too much to go exploring, some days, and was a nice way to keep cool and have some relaxing days in."

"Very nice stay and so relaxing. Just a small disappointment with instructions as how to reach the property and with state of the access road. Otherwise everything was great."

"Great location right by the water and a beach, with towns nearby and sites to drive to. The house was spacious and the host answered any questions we had in a timely manner. She even dropped off pastries from a local bakery. There was a friendly outdoor stray cat that lived on the property that gave our stay a homey feel."

"Awesome villa just on the edge of Kalamata city, 9 minutes walk to the beach and only 15 minutes from airport. Georges house is beautiful with everything you need for a lovely family or friends holiday. Georges communication was brilliant via WhatsApp and was there to greet us. Check out was simple. The villa is surrounded by orange, lemon, fig and pomegranate trees and feels like it’s in the middle of no where. The local taxi company are prompt and reasonable."
