With a comfortable king size bed (1.80m) and a sofa bed for 2 additional guests, we offer an ideal retreat for a relaxing stay. All of our bedding is health optimized by Blackroll. Both sleeping and living areas have their own smart TV (55 inches) with access to streaming services like Netflix. Likewise, these rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning. Additionally, in the living area you will find a basic set of board games for sociable evenings.

Our fully equipped kitchen invites to prepare your favorite dishes and enjoy them in the dining area or terrace overlooking the lake. Basic cooking equipment such as salt, pepper & oil as well as coffee and tea are of course provided free of charge.

In addition to the indoor ambience, we also offer a furnished terrace and balcony overlooking the lake, as well as our own sauna, where you can indulge yourself after an eventful day.

In all our apartments we use only high-quality towels and bed linen and provide a basic supply of care products such as shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper as well as cleaning products and cleaning utensils in stock. A clothes dryer can be found in the basement.

We are also well equipped for guests working remotely. In addition to fast and reliable WIFI, our lakeside oasis offers a workstation for laptops with good lighting and office supplies.

Those traveling with children or pets are in the right place with us. Each of our apartments has at least one extra child's bed and some have high chairs.

For your safety you will find in addition to the legally required smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Our house is located directly at the lake, giving you easy access to a wide range of water sports activities and relaxing hours on the shore.
