"The let was clinically clean and poorly designed ithe a ground floor shower room / loo accessible through the Kitchen area and lounge and with no upstairs ablution arrangement. The motor exit is EXTREMELY dangerous to the unwary and I would not return for this reason alone"

"The Stables was such a great place to stay while visiting Tunbridge Wells. It was so clean and the beds were comfortable. It is such a beautiful place, and the location is perfect! You can easily walk anywhere in Tunbridge Wells, or walk a few minutes away to the train station for day trips. I would highly recommend it!"

"A wonderful tucked away cottage. It has a lovely little garden where my daughter was able to work with the sound of birds to keep her company. We particularly like character cottages and you couldn't ask for more but at the same time modern and so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and up to date. The main bathroom was great and spacious - and nice to have the additional smaller loo too. Two charming bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The bathrooms are both downstairs so anyone getting...

"We had a great stay in this lovely little property on a working farm. The farmers were very friendly and obliging. There are so many gardens and houses to visit in the area and we got to the coast as well. We hope to return one day."

"A cosy cottage with a ‘home from home’ ambience. Caroline & Mark have thought of everything; a well equipped kitchen, lots of reading material relating to the locale, maps, walks and games. We wished we had booked for a longer stay, but intend to return in order to visit the many places of interest that are close by."

"We had a lovely stay in this cottage. We had easy access to Faversham and Sittingbourne and there were many footpaths available for walks with our dogs. The cottage had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and all the rooms were tastefully furnished. Everywhere was so clean and tidy. We would thoroughly recommend it. "

"The whole family loved the pool and enjoyed the tennis court. Using the cottages for 4 people means that 2 people in the attic look down on the 2 below. The Wi-Fi in Oast did not work. We said this but it was not made good as promised. (This is trivial) The family loved it and would book again. The online listing did not say how good the pool is."

"Stayed over at this property for a ladies retreat. It was a spacious place as described but unfortunately meant that it took forever to heat up and some rooms never got warm. Would avoid in the winter months unless you have a portable heater. The owner did bring us wood for the fire place so used that - very pretty and warm. The place could’ve been better cleaned in our opinion as there was clear evidence of prior occupants (empty alcohol bottles in drawers etc). I think this place would be...

"Owners very friendly. Ideal for children, Lovely outside areas including Romany caravan, Wendy houses, Tennis Court, 2 BBQ areas, 2 trampolines, zip wire, lots is outside seating, duck pond, chickens etc. Plenty of choice, but some of the equipment has seen better days !"

"Accommodations were very basic. No essentials were provided, soap, shampoo, paper towels, tissues, salt, and pepper. It would be a big plus too have a couple more hooks and shelves in the bathroom to be able to place things. Another chair in the main living area would be helpful. Plan to bring everything with you. The gardens were beautiful and very relaxing. Overall worked for us."

"Das kleine Haus mit einem schönen Wintergarten liegt in der Nähe zahlreicher interessanter Parks und Schlösser und relativ nah beim Flughafen Gatwick. Das Haus befindet sich an einer Durchgangsstraße. Im Ort fußläufig drei Pubs mit gutem Essen, kleiner Laden und Post Office in der Nähe. Das Haus selbst hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allen möglichen Geräten (ohne Spülmaschine, aber im Urlaub isst man ja sowieso eher auswärts). Reich dekorierte Innenausstattung, kleines Bad mit Dusche...

"Our family of 6 had a fantastic 10 day stay at Dormestone House. The property was perfect for our needs and provided plenty to do - particularly the tennis court and pool table. The beds were super comfy and the facilities/equipment throughout the house were great. We also loved the location - nice and quiet with spectacular views. We would definitely return."
