Villas at Seaside is located in the serene coastal area between Sunset and Ocean Isle Beaches. These villas are the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Within close proximity to four award-winning golf courses, retail shops, restaurants, fitness centers and beaches.

No Pets
No Smoking in unit. There is a $500.00 deep cleaning fee for any unit that is smoked in.
No groups under age of 25
No House Parties
No Trailers

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Great place to stay

This unit is brand new and was fabulous. Close to the beach, close to restaurants, grocery store, and drug stores. Couldn't ask for a better location. Quiet neighborhood and a beautiful unit. Our only small issue was that there were no hairdryers in the unit, but we were on vacation and just made do.
