The WIFI and cable TV are both provided by the building. Conveniently there is a washer and dryer in the condo. This condo offers 1 assigned parking space, the condo is on the 3rd floor of the Marigot Beach building and the building has an elevator. ***IMPORTANT: The pool at this building will not open until late May, AFTER Memorial Day weekend.****
