When you’re not lounging in the sand, practicing your swing, or strolling the boardwalk, come back to unwind in the opulent, sun-filled living area boasting elegant decor, an inviting white color palette, gorgeous engineered hardwood floors, and a seamless layout so everyone can partake in all the fun. Play board games in the den or stream your favorite shows on the plush sofa. After crafting a delicious home-cooked meal in the stylish well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a gas range, dine alfresco on any of the three spacious balconies overlooking the water. If you prefer, have a sunset barbecue and cook up the catch of the day while enjoying a crisp beverage from the bar area! The remarkable views from nearly every angle are easy to see with the help of the home's private elevator. The cherished time spent with friends is sure to leave lifelong memories.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Gas fireplace is not permitted for guest use.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a doorbell camera at the front door.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
