We had a wonderful weekend stay! The house was so well taken care of that we felt right at home. The location was close to the World Equestrian Center, which was perfect for us. We were so appreciative of everything that this home had to offer us.

We enjoyed our stay at Golden Pony. Everything was great; except, it wasn't very clear what size beds were in the rooms. By looking at the picture it looks like there was a King size bed in the master room.

House was exactly as represented. Very clean, lots of extra touches making it very convenient. Excellent proximity to WEC. Very easy to come back and forth during the day.

The property was so clean and had everything we needed, communication with the owner was so easy, however the front yard of the house next door is full of broken down cars and car parts. Also late one night we overheard an altercation out front too, which was unsettling as it was just me and my daughter staying in the house.

Gorgeous home, every detail has been thought of. Everything was spotless. A lot of effort has gone into making this home comfortable and homely. The owner was very communicative, punctual with her response, and very accommodating. It’s such a shame that the surrounding neighbors disregard others peace with allowing their dogs to bark constantly and do not maintain their properties. This is not the home owners fault. We had a lovely stay.

Stayed for 10 days with my two kids and doggo while showing at WEC. The house is adorable, super clean, with every detail tended to -- right down to dedicated towels near the door to the back yard for sandy paws. The kitchen had everything one would need to prepare basic meals. Amazingly convenient to WEC, grocery store and eateries. Becky was extremely responsive by text to any issues we had. The fenced back yard was great. The neighborhood has some houses that are well maintained and some that are less so, but pretty typical of what one finds in rural Ocala. We felt very safe and would definitely stay again.

Great clean little home with everything we expected and needed. The only 2 glitches were: 1. The next door neighbor would tie their dog to a tree a few times a day for an hour or a few hours - and it would bark, and bark. This was at night also, but usually stopped no later than 10-11 pm. 2. The fence in the back yard had 2 openings/breaks in it, so if you have a dog you can't be sure they will stay in the yard. of note, the owner's relative came when were leaving to apparently fix the fence. The front yard was self-contained when the driveway gate was closed, so that was an option. Overall very good, but I would ask about the dog (I have to assume this wasn't the first or only time it occurred, since it seemed routine but I wasn't going to confront the neighbor about it). Thanks

My family & I were in an evacuation zone, contacted Becky, and within minutes she responded to our urgent request. The check in date changed and we needed same day occupancy and she went above & beyond to accommodate! The home is exactly as pictured, and has all the modern day conveniences making this a cozy, welcoming, thoughtfully designed & equipped with anything you might need! Becky has a real knack for making this a home while away from your own home! We’ve used VRBO for decades but nothing tops what this home offers! We’re so thankful to Becky & can’t thank her enough!!!

The Golden Pony is great house. It is neat, clean, and well appointed. It’s super comfortable. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the patio. It is also very close to the WEC.
