Hotel has a private beach area (next to the lake) with sun lounges and umbrellas 3. The room space and bathroom are generous and was sufficient for 2 guests, each travelling with a medium-sized suitcase 4. Small bar fridge to keep food/drinks cold 5. External balcony with seating for 2 people 6. Free parking onsite 7. Breakfast was included in our booking "

"A lovely little hotel for our first night in Croatia. We wanted a place not too far from Zadar airport on the way to Plitvice. The hotel was perfect as it is newly renovated and spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable and furnished to a high spec though a chair would have been appreciated. We had time for a lovely walk along the river to a waterfall then enjoyed an excellent pizza and beer at the hotel overlooking the river. The drive from the hotel to Plitvice is stunning."

"Centrally located, good parking. Close to town for shops/restaurant & beach. Staff friendly & helpful. Room well equipped with fridge, & safe, toiletries. Shared kitchen downstairs for tea/coffee & to prepare your own food. All very clean & tidy. Small courtyard to relax in, it is right next to road but is sunken & surrounded by a beautiful smelling jasmine so feels enclosed."

"Really nice apartment! Spacious, clean, building also very clean. Had a washing machine which was appreciated. Easy parking and easy to get to. Apartment was brought, with high ceilings. Cafe around the block was very good for dinner. "

"We stayed for 2 nights whilst exploring Zadar. It’s really peaceful and quiet and close to city centre. The pool is great and we had a great view over the city. The breakfast is also great. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
