I was pleasantly surprised that the local tax due at check-in includes a complimentary local transportation pass for each person, which came very handy throughout our stay. There is a construction going on across the street (July 2025) - that's outside of the hotel's control, but our room had the not-so-great construction view. "

"Excellent breakfast. Very professional and helpful staff in the dining area at breakfast, especially Brigitte, Karina and Daniel went out of their way to help us when needed. The receptionist staff was also very helpful and the check in and out process was very fast and smooth. The bed was very comfortable as well. We stayed 3 nights and were very pleased with everything. If we return to Salzburg we will definitely book this hotel again."
