"We were in town visiting our son and DIL and new grandchild. Their apartment is too small for five extra adults so we found this nice home close by. The home has three nice bedrooms in a remodeled home. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The large living room was more than enough for us. "We had a nice stay while visiting our son at AOF. There were a couple of small issues which the owner remedied IMMEDIATELY. Things happen in life which are unforeseen, we appreciated the owner jumping on the issues quickly."

"we paid for early check in, however, seems as though it was not communicated and by the time we were able to get in the house, it was nearly the normal check-in time which turns out to be a waste of money for me..Also there were no instructions on turning on the heat which we were doing incorrectly and had to wait in a 45 deg house until someone came to adjust it- also we had to call about the fire place - and the recliner seats did not work"

"The place “was” roomy and having the washer and dryer in the apartment was a bonus for us. The description said it sleeps “4” which is untrue. There is a double bed and the mattress was smaller than the box spring below so one of us was constantly rolling off. There is a large basically unusable room in the middle of the apartment which is a lot of Wasted space, except the table. "We enjoyed our stay, the dining table was perfect for family meals, the great room was fun to lounge in all together. I would suggest a simpler way to obtain the Wi-Fi password, perhaps a note on the fridge with rules about check our and garbage pick up too. It might be helpful to add some hooks or towel racks in the bathrooms and perhaps replace some of the doors in the bedroom, great room, bathrooms cluster with pocket doors to avoid crashing as people come and go.
