"We enjoyed 4 days in Kyoto at this amazing hotel located at Kyoto Station. This is a seriously impressive facility with several dining and shopping options within the hotel itself. As it is connected to the main Kyoto Station there are countless additional food and shopping options, as well as the convenience of being at the main station for the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was continuously restocked with water, coffee, tea, and touletry supplies if needed. The room was fabulous and, as expected, spotlessly clean. You cannot go wrong here if you are looking to stay in central Kyoto and want easy access to just about any shopping or dining experience."

"Lovely hotel in central Osaka. Namba is close to lord of attractions and the hotel is only 10min walk to the station. Family room is a must if you have kids, with bunk beds looking out into Osaka and a door to separate the rooms it’s worth the upgrade. Hotel staff were helpful and accommodating and great restaurants onsite as well as being close to a huge amount of other restaurants "
