Its recent remodeling and area make it an ideal choice for those seeking comfort and convenience in a thriving community. 1 flight of stairs is required to access the studio. Laundry is available and is pet friendly.

As our guest please be courteous with our neighbors. Please keep volume to a minimum in the hallways and stairs. Please note that this rental is NOT intended for parties or loud social gatherings. We want guests to enjoy themselves but not at the cost of the neighbors and we have strict rules in place to ensure that there are no issues throughout your stay.

No pets allowed on furniture, if excessive amount of fur is found on the sofas and bed you will be charged for a dry cleaning fee.
-Early check-in fee: $30
-Late check-out fee: $30
-Failure to disclose a pet: $75 fine
-Events/Parties: $150 fine and removal from property
-Smoking: $100 fine and removal from property
