"Beautiful hotel, really! After 4 weeks from one place to another in SA, this was a solidly well kept oasis incredibly close to Cape Town airport for departure. The service was top quality, the rooms were very quiet and clean with very up to date technology. Morning breakfast was served well and each attendant was 100% helpful even when not even asked."

"There was a little mix up when we checked in. I booked a Club Room & when I asked about Lounge access, I was told it wasn’t part of the booking. The gal at the front desk called right after I got to my room to apologize for the mix up & yes we did have access to the Lounge. Everyone was extremely nice & helpful! Longke (working at the front desk) was extremely helpful with information about surrounding areas & things to do at the Waterfront! He also kept us laughing!"
