"It was easy to check in and out and there was plenty of parking. There were also ACs in all of the bedrooms but 1. This was important since it was 90 degrees. We only wish the ice machine that was provided worked. The living room furniture, especially the couch, was amazingly comfy. We did a lot of bonding in that space. "This was a memorable and fun filled trip. The falcon house chalet is lovely. You can tell the things inside were carefully curated, and the surrounding woods, Finnish sauna, babbling brook made it so comfortable, we didn't want to leave. We made good use of the bikes and enjoyed many activities nearby. We highly recommend falcon house for a chill Vermont vacation. Kat, the host was lovely, made sure we had all we needed and she was in contact via text in case we had questions. "

"Our biggest issue is that the listing says 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen, 1 with twin bunks, and 1 with a queen and 2 twins. But it’s actually a full with 2 twins—a bouncy, mushy full. The twins in that room are paper thin mattresses on boards and they felt a bit like 2x4’s, so I’d only recommend them for kids, even though they were roomy twins. "Great hotel, would stay again. The condition of things wasn’t the best, but acceptable for the price. Everything was clean, and I’m in pest control, and my wife was a hotel manager. Staff was friendly, place was quiet at night, and breakfast was well stocked. A number of other people had dogs with them, no problem there."
