I honestly don't know if it is Elliott Beach Rentals or the owners of this property.
We provided a loooong list of issues with this property. Most of it cleaning and maintenance. It is obvious that the owner does not care about this property. Most of the items were not something that could be repaired while the house was occupied. While Elliott Beach Rentals responded, there is not much they / you can do if the owner does not want to invest in a good property.
DIRTY!!! It is just wrong to NOT have a cleaning service, or to rely on the renter to get the property ready for the next tenant. Our floors were so dirty that feet and socks turned black within minutes of walking on them. There was mold in several of the bathrooms.
~ Blender base, but no pitcher. You brought a new blender. Thank you.
~Water / Ice dispenser on the refrigerator did not work and needs new filter (light on)
~The pool was dirty and the light did not work. You sent someone to clean the pool. Thank you.
~The patio chairs were cheap plastic and very dirty. I cleaned them and you sent over a few more chairs, of better quality.
~3 charcoal BBQ grills. 1 had a hole in the bottom where it had burned through and should be removed. The other 2 were full of burned charcoal ash.
~There is a nice concrete table with three benches, but the benches are very heavy and were distributed in such a way we could not sit and use the table.
