Offering the utmost in luxury and comfort, Havens unit 935 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium located on the 3rd floor of an elevator building in this golf community. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay and is the perfect location for a trip to the beach.

For golf enthusiasts, staying in the Havens community is a dream come true. The fully equipped kitchen with modern full-size appliances including a dishwasher, is a haven for culinary endeavors. There is plenty of counterspace for cooking and has a large dining area for meals. There are also many restaurants near by in Barefoot Landing in case you opt to dine out. The entranceway opens up to a large living room with plenty of seating for everyone. There is a large Flat Screen TV for your enjoyment and lots of games for your use. There is a beautiful screened in porch right off the living are for relaxing.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and a spacious en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is appointed with a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom offers twin beds for a versatile arrangement. The second bathroom, shared between the bedrooms, is conveniently situated in the hallway. For your convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are housed in the dedicated laundry room.

The Havens community presents an inviting pool, and residents also enjoy access to the expansive ionized pool at The North Tower in Barefoot Resort. During the prime season, complimentary shuttles run every 30 minutes, whisking you and your guests to the beach for carefree enjoyment.

Beyond the elegant and airy décor, Havens unit 935 grants you entry to four championship golf courses, a welcoming clubhouse, restaurants on site and a well-stocked pro shop. Barefoot Landing, conveniently situated just across the Intracoastal Waterway, offers an array of shopping, entertainment, and dining options. Lovely decorated condo

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is nicely decorated and plenty of space for my family of 4. Secure building was quiet and check in and out was easy. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean though I did vacuum floors as they were dusty. There’s plenty to love about this condo. Thanks you for a great stay!

Beautiful, spacious and CLEAN!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Beautifully decorated, well stocked, and clean! We are rather picky when it comes to cleanliness, but this condo did not disappoint. Property manager was helpful and great to work with. Elevator to the 3rd floor was very helpful with kids/luggage. Quiet area yet close enough to all the excitement. Just a quick 5 min drive to the beach. We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly how the photos represented. It was very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay. i would make one recommendation, put in a slip free mat in the master shower. The floor was very slippery when wet and soapy. I was traveling with a disabled person who used a wheelchair. The entrance to the building did have a ramp, but the build up at the doors were really high and made getting the wheelchair in and out of the building extremely difficult. That should really be fixed. That would be my only complaint. The building, lobby and unit were very well maintained.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Looking at the website, this looked like an awesome place. Looked very spacious and represented well. Unit was a little difficult to find as we checked in after hours. I would definitely try to check in when recommended because they will give you all the answers to your questions. Once we got into the place, it was filthy. Food and candy all over the floors and counters. Kitchen table and counters had food stains all over them. The master bedroom had candy and fuzz/hair all over the floor. I had to vacuum and wipe everything down. The back door had handprints all over it. Once I cleaned it all down, it was a decent place. Very quiet location and building. Pools close at 830, which was disappointing. Not sure I would stay at this exact location, but we have stayed in this area multiple times and will be back.
