The public beach access at 25th Ave. South, is just steps from the Sea Island complex on the same corner.

Only a minutes walk to the pearly white sands of NMB, you can splash & play in the ocean all day. Then, take a cool dip at the Sea Island outdoor pool before heading up for an evening of relaxation in the condo. The beautifully decorated interior hosts a great family room space to come together or make a special meal & gather around the dining table. A fully stocked kitchen makes breakfast an easy start to the day & bar stools around the kitchen counter for quick eat-in meals. For grilling, use the on-site charcoal grill with a large family style picnic table to enjoy burgers, & homemade margaritas after a fun beach day. When it's time to venture out, this ideal location also makes it easy. Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, all options are within a matter of minutes to some of the areas best local traditions.

The sliding doors in the master bedroom (KING) give you a eye-level view of the palms blowing in the breeze. You will feel the ocean breezes and wake up to see waves crashing just across the beach boulevard. The master bedroom (KING) and guest bedroom (2 TWINS) make this a perfect destination spot for a small family. Parents will appreciate the privacy of an en-suite bath (separate vanity) and balcony access from the master. Kids have their own tv night from the comfort of their beds. Your reservation includes bed & bath linens with beds freshly made upon arrival, plus departure cleaning. Guests receive a small "starter kit" of paper products. (t-paper and paper towels) bath soaps, & dishwasher packets - just enough to have handy until you can make the grocery store list of things you need.
