Great view, but NOT quiet

Nice view overlooking marina, but road noise from cars crossing nearby bridge, constant beeping from bridge that lifts up for boats, and continues until very late. Also, plumbing noise repeatedly 24/7 like water movement in pipes in area of master bathroom. If you’re a light sleeper, stay elsewhere.

Security personnel were awesome.

We had an issue upon arrival with a leak around the toilet. I contacted VACASA. I also spoke to the security guard on duty, Sargent Chester who was able to contact maintenance immediately. The request was expedited and the issue was resolved within 30 minutes The property was beautiful and we had everything we needed upon arrival. Very quiet and convenient.

Wonderful Sunsets

I have passed this place most of my life coming to the beach, every time we pass, I would say, I'd love to stay there one time. So we finally did. It was a great experience with a great view. We love watching the boats and seeing the sunset each day. This is a very relaxing get away location. The location is great and close to many restaurant's and shopping. We are already planning another trip there.

Harbourgate is a wonderful place to stay!

We have stayed at Harbourgate many times. The view is spectacular. The location is superb. The staff is courteous and professional. Best of all, these condos have comfortable, roomy floor plans. The only reason I dinged this particular unit one star is because of the slight odor of cigarette smoke, probably from some inconsiderate previous guest. If was rating the entire complex, it gets 5 stars all the way.

Amazing

The room was beautiful, but what really impressed us was the staff! They went out of their way, above and beyond for us! The room wasn't quite ready when we got there, so they got us in as we were going to a wedding, and told us they would come back to finish while we were gone. Not a problem. But they went one step further and extended our checkout time for the inconvenience! Not to mention a beautiful card and gift basket waiting for is on our return to congratulate us on our daughters wedding. I will not hesitate to book here again and we cannot recommend them enough. If I could give more stars I would.
